My name is Paul Leahy
I am the founder and owner of Ispini Landscapes. Born in Cork, Ireland, I graduated mid the mid-80s with an Art & Design degree. I started working in the family horticulture business and went on to work on many design projects including TV and large-scale events from celebrity weddings to International Media events. I am an award-winning floristry designer, having represented Ireland at international competitions.
In early 2000 I took a career break to travel, but before the first year had passed I got a sales job to try something different. That faithful step took me on a career journey spanning 20 years in various sales and leadership roles, primarily in the insurance industry. Along the way, I met my beautiful wife, settled in the UK, and shortly after celebrated the birth of our son in 2007.

In 2013 we had an opportunity to come to the USA on a project for my company, intending to return to the UK after 2 years however as fate would have it I was presented with an opportunity to create an innovation lab for a Fortune 500 insurance company. In parallel to this new challenge we decided to call the US our new home and put down solid roots.

It is said everybody has a least one major career pivot, but alas I have a few, and with my creative background in horticulture stirring inside, I returned to his first love in 2019 to create Ispini Landscapes.

Ispini has gone from strength to strength and my passion and drive remain steadfast. As a family, we celebrated our US citizenship status in 2023 and we live in Medfield, where I enjoy cooking, golf, and skiing, oh and working on my yard
